Meet the Engineers!

Richard L'Hommedieu - Owner/Engineer/consultant rich@makingasceneli.com

Richard has owned and operated recording studios since the early 1980's. With almost 30 years of production and engineering experience in both Audio and Video production, he is a great asset to any project. In Addition to being a musician, published songwriter, writer and former publisher of the popular entertainment magazine "Long Island Entertainment" , he is also the founding chairman of the Long Island Music Hall of Fame. It was his dream and drive that brought that organization to life.

Currently Richard also works as a DJ on WUSB 90.1FM where he produces a program specifically for the Local Music Community. His show "Making a Scene" brings some of the biggest names in Music business right to the Long Island Music Community. Which is why his show is known as "Long Island's Longest Running Free Musicians Workshop"! It is clear that he has been force on the Long Island music scene.

John is currently a student at 5 Towns where he is pursuing his degree in "Music Business". With a few years in the studio he has learned to master the art of audio production. Being a well respected musician and guitar player on the Long Island Blues Circuit. He brings a unique perspective to the recording process. As he puts it "It's all about the tone and the feel".
